Forums: OWC - Home

If you have visited this website before, you may notice a change in our format. In the past, most of our content was static. That meant a lot of work for the website administrator. Now, most of the content is dynamic. Our OWC members now have the ability to modify parts of the system on their own.

The site now consists of different areas:

• Forums, where OWC members and the general public can talk with each other and learn who the other person is
  
• Photo galleries, where OWC members can easily provide photos of some of their recent activity
  
• A calendar, where various people can post information about walks
  
• ... and more

Our focus is "Walking," specifically through the Omaha Walking Club. We have opened the Community Calendar up so that everybody can list their events there. Please restrict these events to either an OWC walk or to charitable walks. If you are a member of the Omaha Walking Club, your event will become visible as soon as you post it. If you are not a member, then the Website Support person will have to approve your event before anybody else can see it.

We are still in transition. If something on the website does not work or if you have questions, please go to the home page and click the words "Contact Us" on the right side.
